I was lucky enough to meet Alexandru during one of the Toastmasters sessions, that I am attending. I immediately felt that we had many things in common especially in the domain of personal development. We discussed a few things over dinner and my initial impression about him was now a certainty. I had a lot to learn from him and it was not long enough until I enrolled and participated to an online Mastermind event that he organised. The Mastermind took place between November and December 2018 and had the title "Everyone communicates few connect". It was during that Mastermind event that I also met Gabi. Gabi turned out to be one of my biggest inspirations and motivators in the months to come. I had never before attended such a Mastermind, so I was a bit curious not really knowing what to expect. It struck me by surprise to find out what impact the sessions which I attended had to my life. I started seeing things and people differently and I started discovering hidden talents and abilities in me that I never thought I had. It goes without saying that I registered to a second Mastermind event from Alex and Gabi with title "Know yourself grow yourself". It took place weekly from January to April 2019. Once again I was "addicted" somehow to our weekly sessions. It was the hour of the week that I had the chance to meet like-minded people attending also the training, getting knowledge, exchanging ideas and taking homework to apply to their everyday life in order to master the theory. I can now proudly say that I have "connected" with a number of people all of us having a very special personality and a vivid appetite to keep growing in our lives. We have even started establishing an annual get together barbeque event. We already met for a barbeque during Spring 2019 and we are currently one week away from our second barbeque in September 2019. I can only recommend attending any future event offered by Alex and Gabi because I know first-hand the added value you can get from it. Professionalism, knowledge, fun as well as real and honest connection is what you have to expect not only from them but from the participants too. I still have strong emotions coming in my mind of the last sessions of both Masterminds that we all had to say goodbye. It was really emotional but strong emotions create strong relations. Of course you have to experience it yourself, so do yourself a favour and get to know those wonderful people and their seminars/webinars/Mastermind events first-hand.

I’m thankful to have met Gabi, half of what now is Epifor, and even had the chance to work with her. Upon starting our professional relationship she immediately was supportive, interested, caring, kind and full of energy. Her presence made me feel comfortable and at ease. I shortly after that met Alex, the other half of Epifor. He was full of ideas, patience, and could make any idea come alive! I’ve taken mastermind classes with Gabi and Alex for almost 3 years. Both have added so much value to my life. I think because they saw that I, like many others, have value to give. Change is possible when you are given the right tools, are with like-minded people, and are in a safe space that’s non- judgmental. Sometimes you need a person that can listen but can also hear and show you positives about yourself when all you yourself can see and hear are the negatives. I recall one day at work where Gabi shared her summer plans with me and she told me about how she went to a John Maxwell certification program. From there, I think both of us were forever changed. From a one group of three in 2016 to earlier this year in 2019 where they met with something like 4 groups (maybe more!) of 8-10 people on a weekly bases for 10 + weeks, I’ve seen Gabi and Alex create a space for myself, and others, where we all can explore our inner motivations, strengths, weaknesses, and ideas in order to create awareness and curiosity about ourselves.

Passion and enthusiasm? Yes! Gabi & Alex and their Mastermind sessions! Through their Mastermind sessions I learned first to discover myself, my strengths and then to develop the others around me. "The learning is a process and it needs time" is my favorite sentence from Gabi. They are passionate leaders which makes them great facilitators of the online sessions. Alex&Gabi develop people so they did with me. For a person with no patience like me, the mastermind sessions had a huge impact on my life. I tried all the time to apply things I read in books but it never had the same impact like the Online live Mastermind programs. A fixed group of people meets for an online journey for 5 or 10 weeks with Gabi & Alex as facilitators. They strongly believe in their programs and because of this, the atmosphere feels safe and friendly. Their programs have an impact on your daily life because you get new ideas from the sessions, you have time to reflect on them, practice and come into the next session with new you. It's magic! What I liked the most is that what you learn stays with you and you really make progress. I would recommend to everyone who is interested to find out who they really are and who want to discover the infinite power in themselves. The journey of discovering the infinite power in you starts with Gabi and Alex! Once you start you can't stop!

I attended the seminar by Gabi on Finding patterns to connect. and it opened my eyes to the way I was interacting with people. One thing I learnt from yesterday's meeting that I wanted to share was, every type of person wants to feel valued and respected, but it is the method which we show respect to each type of person that matters. What would be respectful towards one type of person, would be disrespectful towards others, thus we must learn the correct method of showing respect to the person we are interacting with. I had difficulties in sharing certain ideas with people but sometimes there would be a communication gap that no one could explain. Thanks to the eye-opening seminar by EPIFOR, I was able to bridge the gap and was able to convey my thoughts clearly. It felt wonderful to be understood. I look forward to what Gabi and Alex have planned next.
