I had the fortune to have Gabi as a coach from the start of me taking on a new leadership position. Coaching was something I had previously thought was a good idea for other people but probably not something for the sceptical me.

Working with Gabi has helped me, however, to understand that everyone can benefit from a good coach - which Gabi clearly is. The coaching sessions are definitely not passive absorption of ideas, but are rigorous, active investigations of situations and perspectives - you really have to think! Gabi develops a trusting and confidential environment within which aspects can be discussed and analysed that would not be possible in the same way even with trusted colleagues in the workplace.

The coaching enabled me to develop a better understanding of the real nature of a challenge I was experiencing, to better understand my own current approach to the issue, and then to tease out my own solutions. The coaching is not about Gabi providing her answers but in supporting me to find my own responses and insights through deep-searching questions and prompts. The approaches I have developed through the coaching have been my own and so fit to my style of leadership.

Our coaching sessions have helped me to set goals and measure their effectiveness, brainstorm and problem solve, role play and plan for challenging conversations, and learn more about my leadership style and how to use my strength and be aware of my blind spots. Gabi is extremely knowledgeable about effective leadership and team-building strategies. Her style is to ask questions and allow the person being coached to determine answers for him or herself. I know Gabriela Georgiana Nicolae (Gabi) through one workshop that she organised. Soon after getting to know her and about her mission, I have attended her several leadership games. Gabi is an incredible facilitator who helps participants to develop on their personal and professional front.

It is a great experience every time to be part of this game to explore different perspectives through participants from different educational and professional backgrounds. It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Gabriela Georgiana Nicolae (Gabi). Gabi has been an incredible help to me personally and professionally, and my team and I are better for having enlisted her services. I first started working with Gabi individually and then asked her if she would work with others on the team who might be interested.

All it took was her reaching out. Her warm and welcoming demeanor was encouragement enough for each member of the team and they all took the opportunity to begin working with her. I enrolled and participated to an online Mastermind called “Everyone communicates few connect" led by Alex and Gabi. I had never before attended such a Mastermind, so I was a bit curious not really knowing what to expect. It struck me by surprise to find out what impact the sessions which I attended had to my life. I started seeing things and people differently and I started discovering hidden talents and abilities in me that I never thought I had.

It goes without saying that I registered to a second Mastermind event from Alex and Gabi with title "Know yourself grow yourself". Once again I was "addicted" somehow to our weekly sessions. It was the hour of the week that I had the chance to meet like-minded people attending also the training, getting knowledge, exchanging ideas and taking homework to apply to their everyday life in order to master the theory.

I can now proudly say that I have "connected" with a number of people all of us having a very special personality and a vivid appetite to keep growing in our lives. We have even started establishing an annual get together barbeque event. I can only recommend attending any future event offered by Alex and Gabi because I know first-hand the added value you can get from it. Professionalism, knowledge, fun as well as real and honest connection is what you have to expect not only from them but from the participants too. I still have strong emotions coming in my mind of the last sessions of both Masterminds that we all had to say goodbye.

Of course, you have to experience it yourself, so do yourself a favour and get to know those wonderful people and their seminars/webinars/Mastermind events first-hand.

I’m thankful to have met Gabi, half of what now is Epifor, and even had the chance to work with her. Upon starting our professional relationship she immediately was supportive, interested, caring, kind and full of energy. Her presence made me feel comfortable and at ease. I shortly after that met Alex, the other half of Epifor. He was full of ideas, patience, and could make any idea come alive!

I’ve taken mastermind classes with Gabi and Alex for almost 3 years. Both have added so much value to my life. I think because they saw that I, like many others, have value to give. Change is possible when you are given the right tools, are with like-minded people, and are in a safe space that’s non- judgmental. Sometimes you need a person that can listen but can also hear and show you positives about yourself when all you yourself can see and hear are the negatives.

I recall one day at work where Gabi shared her summer plans with me and she told me about how she went to a John Maxwell certification program. From there, I think both of us were forever changed. From a one group of three in 2016 to earlier this year in 2019 where they met with something like 4 groups (maybe more!) of 8-10 people on a weekly bases for 10 + weeks, I’ve seen Gabi and Alex create a space for myself, and others, where we all can explore our inner motivations, strengths, weaknesses, and ideas in order to create awareness and curiosity about ourselves.

Passion and enthusiasm? Yes! Gabi & Alex and their Mastermind sessions! Through their Mastermind sessions I learned first to discover myself, my strengths and then to develop the others around me. "The learning is a process and it needs time" is my favorite sentence from Gabi. They are passionate leaders which makes them great facilitators of the online sessions.

.Alex&Gabi develop people so they did with me. For a person with no patience like me, the mastermind sessions had a huge impact on my life.

I tried all the time to apply things I read in books but it never had the same impact like the Online live Mastermind programs. A fixed group of people meets for an online journey for 5 or 10 weeks with Gabi & Alex as facilitators.

They strongly believe in their programs and because of this, the atmosphere feels safe and friendly. Their programs have an impact on your daily life because you get new ideas from the sessions, you have time to reflect on them, practice and come into the next session with new you. It's magic!

First and foremost, i am deeply grateful for having been part of Mastermind sessions but most importantly i am so grateful for having had the opportunity to get to know an amazing, energetic and inspiring person such as Gabi with a beautiful heart and a brilliant mind. I have noticed how persistent and passionate Gabi is with her explanation of DISC and how hard she works with each person attending her workshops. I want to thank her for the efforts she puts for every single session in order to make it as comfortable and understandable as it could be.

Becuase of this Mastermind workshop, I got to know what DISC is and now I am able to think differently when it comes to facing different personality types and teams as well. During these 5 weeks I have been constantly learning and pondering what we discussed during each session and I think I have made some changes in regarding to how i personally can be a better team leader, a family member, a sister, a daughter, a even a student. Relationships and Leaderships are not easy. Not at all. But, if we keep practicing what we have learned in these 5 weeks of Mastermind Sessions, we will make it.

The most valuable thing I have achieved during the five week sessions is: people have different backgrounds, they have different personality types (remember DISC), they have different levels of education, different religions and many other varieties. But, the key to connect with each of them is to really understand and keep in mind the terms mentioned above. In other words, don't judge, better make friends.

Human beings don't like to disconnect with people, instead they enjoy a lot being around people and having good conversations. The solution is and will always be the DISC.

Sooo.......

If you want to become a better leader at work, or a better college, student, a better family member, husband or wife, better sister or better brother, girlfriend or byfriend, then check this workshop out, It is all worth it. If i was able to learn and make the changes, which needed to be made, then you can do it too. The only way to do it, is by attending the workshop and practice every single concept you learn from one session to another. It is an incredible experience!

I attended the seminar by Gabi on Finding patterns to connect. and it opened my eyes to the way I was interacting with people.

One thing I learnt from yesterday's meeting that I wanted to share was, every type of person wants to feel valued and respected, but it is the method which we show respect to each type of person that matters. What would be respectful towards one type of person, would be disrespectful towards others, thus we must learn the correct method of showing respect to the person we are interacting with.

I had difficulties in sharing certain ideas with people but sometimes there would be a communication gap that no one could explain. Thanks to the eye-opening seminar by EPIFOR, I was able to bridge the gap and was able to convey my thoughts clearly. It felt wonderful to be understood. I look forward to what Gabi and Alex have planned next.

She is an invaluable resource for new entrepreneurs: she helped me focus my business’s “Why” and aim, which ultimately lead to a smoother planning phase and a vision-driven, customer-centric content plan.

Additionally, her skillful use of NLP techniques had the biggest impact on me. I was already familiar with visualisation and its effect on goal setting, but I was unprepared for the immediate, deep, long lasting results her techniques had on me as a person and as a business owner.

The MasterMind was very interesting and enriching, I was able to improve my communication and reasoning skills with very simple tools and techniques, (which we often do not have in mind because we are in the middle of a difficult situation); all these helped me to be practical, with some innovation ideas for problem solving, by using the skills that you have learned from others who have some different experiences with their own tasks, creating at the time a nice and cooperative environment.

It´s not only about having advices to solve situations, is to have the skills to lead with, gaining new insights and solutions, and of course inspiring others with your positive attitude. Making the teams having more strengths instead of focusing on weaknesses.

I am ready to continue learning and growing; enjoying the next level that will help me connect, reflect, predict and influence; making stronger relationships and becoming a better listener with some emotional controls. I thank the opportunity for sharing with this wonderful group so many learnings. Together they inspired me and motivated me to improve my understanding from different points of view and work styles. I believe that all those who have in mind the idea of growing personally should take these programs, which will support them strengthen their skills for both daily life and business.

Thanks to your guidance and coaching, I became aware of the different perspectives and traits of each type of personality, including a better understanding of mine.

As a result, it is now easier to communicate in a more effective way and to avoid potential conflicts triggered by such differences. It was very powerful and interesting to share experiences in a diverse group of people (a big thank you to all participants for their contributions!) and to practice in real-time the learning.

I’ve had the pleasure of taking two courses through Epifor: Everyone Communicates, Few Connect and Influence with Power.

Both have been informative, actionable, and most importantly, thoroughly enjoyable. I found both courses to be well-structured, with content broken into manageable chunks, each week building on the previous week’s learnings.

This method made the content easily digestible, and gave participants a lot of time for hands-on activities that allowed us to really engage with the material. I walked away from every class excited to apply the new principle or technique I had taken away. These courses will be of interest to anyone, particularly those in leadership positions, who are keen to learn how to better understand and engage with those around them.

Enriching path opening new ways of communicating with people and motivating them, finding the right people to team up. The combination of Gabi’s Mastermind and the book, related to the technique that is being explored during the session, allowed me to acquire a considerable amount of knowledge and put it in practice right away to achieve a qualitative change.

Be sure, your curiosity will be satisfied! Gabi was always incredibly enthusiastic and glad to share her experience and answer a myriad of questions I had.
